Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all coaching programs and self-guided purchases. If you're unsatisfied within the first 7 days, we'll provide a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the refund. Email: info@cleansevibranton.world. Phone: +64 9 966 3127.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The funds will appear in your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are available for coaching programs within 7 days of commencement. However, individual sessions attended and materials consumed cannot be refunded (only program fees within the 7-day window).

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours before a scheduled session are rescheduled at no cost. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may incur a fee equivalent to one session cost.

Rescheduling: We offer unlimited rescheduling for booked sessions, provided 48 hours notice is given.

6. Group Programs

Group program enrollees may withdraw within 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are not available (you may defer to the next cohort instead).

7. Self-Guided Digital Purchases

Digital guides and materials are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, except within the 7-day satisfaction window.

8. Monthly Memberships

Monthly membership can be cancelled anytime with no cancellation fee. Your access ends at the end of the billing month.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

If you have circumstances that prevent you from continuing (illness, relocation, financial hardship), contact us to discuss flexible arrangements or deferrals.
